About Shopee Fee Calculator Philippines

Who Built This
My name is Jerome Ko. I'm a Manila-based web developer who also runs HR and e-commerce operations for a small team — which means I spend a lot of time inside Shopee Seller Centre comparing documented fee lines, margins, and completed-order statements. I built the Shopee Fee Calculator after roughly three years of doing exactly that and seeing how easily a missing input can make a price look safer than it is. I maintain the modelable fee data against current Shopee seller sources.
I am not a CPA. This calculator is not a tax or withholding workflow: those items stay statement- and certificate-specific, and any BIR articles on this site are informational only. Connect with me on LinkedIn or Facebook.
I am not affiliated with Shopee. This site is independent and ad-supported. My goal is straightforward: give every Filipino Shopee seller — whether you are just starting out or managing thousands of SKUs — a fast, honest way to know their real margin before they price a product.

Our Mission
Shopee's fee structure is genuinely hard to follow. Commission rates shift by category and sub-category, several items have eligibility conditions, and some settlement lines require the completed-order record. Many people only discover they have been pricing at a loss after months of operation.
The mission of this tool is to make the documented parts of a pricing decision easier to inspect. Enter seller-provided price, cost, category, and other modelable context to review documented modelable inputs, a margin estimate, and any unresolved statement-only items separately for Mall and Marketplace.
For a full explanation of how the calculations are sourced and verified, see the methodology page.
Who Is This For?
New Sellers
Understand the true cost of selling before you list your first product and avoid the common mistake of pricing too low.
Mall & Marketplace Sellers
Compare both fee structures simultaneously to validate your store type decision or plan a future upgrade to Mall.
Multi-Product Sellers
Upload your entire inventory as a CSV or Excel file and get a margin report for every product in one go.
Accountants & Bookkeepers
Export documented modelable estimates for budgeting or sharing with clients who sell on Shopee; retain actual statements for settlement and tax records.
How It Works
Quick Calculator
Enter seller-provided price, cost, and product category. The tool shows documented modelable components and a margin estimate for both Mall and Marketplace, while leaving unresolved statement-only items outside the estimate. MDV and Live XTRA require current seller context.
Reverse Price Finder
Know your cost and target margin? Enter documented inputs for a conservative pricing recommendation and keep statement-only items separate.
Bulk Inventory Upload
Upload a CSV or Excel file and review documented modelable estimates for rows with resolved inputs. Filter, sort, and export the results while checking warnings before relying on them.
What Fees Are Covered?
The calculator models only documented components when its seller-provided inputs and category lookup are resolved. Commission, transaction and order-processing rules can be modelable in the documented context; shipping, payment-method charges, withholding, and programme adjustments can require statement evidence and are not presented as settlement results. Rates vary by store type and listing category.
For source boundaries and current references, read the Shopee Fees Guide. For commission rows by category, see the Commission Rates page.
Data Privacy
- No registration required. The calculator does not require an account or directly request identifying information to run a calculation.
- Files stay in your browser. An inventory file is processed client-side and is not uploaded to the operator's server as part of the calculator flow.
- Analytics and ads. Google Analytics 4 and Google AdSense may process cookies or similar identifiers plus device and usage data. Ads may be personalized or non-personalized depending on applicable choices and settings.
