Who Built This
My name is Jerome Ko. I'm a Manila-based web developer who also runs HR and e-commerce operations for a small team — which means I spend a lot of time inside Shopee Seller Centre reconciling payouts, fees, and margins. I built the Shopee Fee Calculator after roughly three years of doing exactly that and seeing how easily Shopee's deductions get underestimated. I maintain its fee data against Shopee Seller Centre and BIR issuances.

What Fees Are Covered?
The calculator covers all standard Shopee Philippines seller fees: commission, transaction fee, shipping fee, order processing fee, the optional Mega Discount Voucher (MDV), Live Xtra, Special SPayLater, the Seller Growth Support Fee (which replaced the now-free Coins Cashback on May 11, 2026), and BIR withholding tax. Rates vary by store type (Mall vs Marketplace) and product category.

Data Privacy
- No registration required. No account, email, or personal information is needed to use the calculator.
- Files are not stored. When you upload an inventory file, it is processed in memory to compute your calculations and immediately discarded. We do not save or access your product data, pricing, or costs.
- Analytics and ads only. We use Google Analytics for basic site traffic metrics and Google AdSense for advertising. We do not set our own tracking cookies or use other analytics platforms.
