Shopee Bulk Fee Calculator: Price Your Whole Inventory at Once

By Jerome Ko · Last updated June 26, 2026 · Sources & methodology

The short version: Instead of pricing your Shopee products one at a time, you can upload your entire inventory as an Excel or CSV file and get the full fee breakdown, net payout, and profit margin for every item at once — for both Shopee Mall and Marketplace. The bulk calculator is free, requires no sign-up, includes the new 2026 Seller Growth Support Fee, and runs entirely in your browser — your file never leaves your device. This guide shows you the file format, the exact steps, and how to apply a target margin across your whole catalogue.

Why Price Your Inventory in Bulk?

Pricing one product on Shopee already means accounting for several moving fees: a category-specific commission, the 2.24% transaction fee, the platform shipping fee (capped at ₱100), the ₱5 order processing fee, and — since May 2026 — the mandatory Seller Growth Support Fee. Doing that math by hand for a catalogue of dozens or hundreds of SKUs is slow, and it is easy to make mistakes that quietly erode your margin.

Two problems get worse as your catalogue grows:

The bulk calculator solves both: it looks up the correct commission for each item's category, applies every current fee consistently, and shows you the resulting net payout and margin for every row — side by side for Mall and Marketplace. You can then sort by the thinnest margins and fix the products that actually need attention.

The File Format: What Columns You Need

Your spreadsheet needs one row per product. Only two columns are strictly required — the rest are optional but make the results more useful. The easiest way to get the format exactly right is to click Download Template in the tool, which gives you a ready-made Excel file with sample rows, a column guide, and a sheet listing every valid Shopee category.

Column Required? What it is
Item Description Yes The product name or description.
Shopee Category Yes Must match a valid Shopee category — this drives the commission rate. See the "Shopee Categories" sheet in the template for accepted values.
Cost No Your buying price per unit. Needed to compute profit margin. (Also accepts the column name "Unit Cost".)
Srp No Your selling price. Needed to compute fees and net payout.
Item Code No Your SKU or internal code, carried through to the results for easy matching.
Shopee SubCategory No The sub-category, where rates differ within a main category.
Brand No Optional label, useful for filtering the results.

Your data stays private

The file is parsed and calculated entirely inside your browser using JavaScript — nothing is uploaded to a server. There is no account, no login, and no copy of your inventory stored anywhere. You can confirm this by disconnecting from the internet after the page loads: the calculator still works.

Step by Step: From Spreadsheet to Priced Catalogue

Download the template

In the bulk calculator, click Download Template. The Excel file includes five sample products, a guide explaining each column, and a full list of valid Shopee categories so your category names match exactly.

Fill in your products

Replace the sample rows with your own. At minimum, fill in Item Description and Shopee Category. Add Cost and Srp to get profit margins — without them you will still get the fee breakdown, but not your net profit. Keep the column headers as they are.

Upload

Drag and drop your .xlsx, .xls, or .csv file onto the upload zone, or click browse files. The tool reads it instantly and classifies each item's category.

Review fees and margins

You get a sortable table with commission, transaction fee, shipping, the Seller Growth Fee, total fees, net payout, and margin % for every item — for both Mall and Marketplace. Search by item, filter by category, and edit any cost or SRP inline to see the margin update immediately. Toggle optional fees (MDV, Live Xtra, SPayLater) on or off to model campaign pricing.

Export

Export the fully priced inventory back to Excel or CSV and drop it into your own pricing or accounting sheet.

Worked Example: A Five-Item Catalogue

Here is what the output looks like for a small mixed inventory (Marketplace account, no optional campaign fees, Seller Growth Fee at the illustrative 1.5% rate). The figures are approximate — your exact commission and Seller Growth Fee rates depend on each item's category, so always verify against your Seller Centre.

Item SRP Cost Est. total fees Net payout Margin
Face cream 50ml ₱499 ₱150 ₱113 ₱386 ~47%
Gaming mouse ₱3,495 ₱1,800 ₱560 ₱2,935 ~32%
Baby milk formula 900g ₱1,299 ₱800 ₱232 ₱1,067 ~21%
15.6" laptop ₱34,995 ₱25,000 ₱3,650 ₱31,345 ~18%
Phone (256GB) ₱69,990 ₱45,000 ₱7,200 ₱62,790 ~25%

Illustrative figures only, rounded. Total fees combine commission (category-dependent), the 2.24% transaction fee, the capped shipping fee plus ₱5 OPF, and the Seller Growth Fee at 1.5%. Verify your exact rates in Seller Centre and recalculate with the live calculator.

Pricing a Whole Inventory to a Target Margin

The bulk calculator does not only tell you the margin at your current prices — it can also work backwards. Set a target margin and it shows the selling price you would need for each item to hit that margin after all Shopee fees. This is the bulk version of the reverse SRP calculator, applied to your entire catalogue at once.

This is the fastest way to re-price a store. Rather than guessing a markup and hoping it survives the fee stack, you state the margin you want — say 25% — and read off the SRP each product needs. Items where the required SRP is uncompetitive immediately stand out as candidates to renegotiate cost, drop, or reposition.

Tip: build in the Seller Growth Fee now

Because the Seller Growth Support Fee is mandatory from May 2026, your target-margin SRPs should already include it. The calculator does this by default. If you priced your catalogue before May 2026, re-run the bulk tool — some products that looked healthy may now be thinner than your target. See the Seller Growth Fee guide for the full impact.

Common Questions

What file formats can I upload?

Excel (.xlsx and .xls) and CSV (.csv). The Download Template button gives you a correctly formatted Excel file to start from.

Is my inventory data uploaded anywhere?

No. The file is read and calculated entirely in your browser. Nothing is sent to a server, and nothing is stored. There is no account or login.

How many products can I process at once?

There is no hard limit — catalogues of several hundred items process quickly. Very large files depend on your device's memory, but typical seller inventories are no problem.

Does it include the 2026 Seller Growth Support Fee?

Yes. The Seller Growth Fee is applied by default (at the illustrative 1.5% rate) and shown as its own column. You can toggle it, along with the other optional fees, to match your situation. Verify your exact category rate in Seller Centre.

Can I edit values after uploading?

Yes. You can edit any item's cost or SRP directly in the results table and the fees, net payout, and margin recalculate instantly — useful for testing price changes without re-uploading.
